Dinnertime Funnies

We were discussing what I have to wear to church in Mexico tonight at dinner. I have a dilemma because I do not own a skirt, or anything besides jeans and chords (both unsuitable for Mexican church, apparantly). Dad responds to this dilemma by saying,

"Do you not have one of those....(big huge long pause)...drapery skirts?"

What?

"You know, one of those like, sheer ones."

Unfortunately, I'm not in the habit of wearing curtains on my body, but I kind of wish I was because according to dad, I'd be set for church in Mexico.
